GARCH Research Papers is the research publishing platform of GARCH Institute. Publishing responsibility rests with GARCH QUANT LLC. The institutional website introduces the research organization; this platform provides structured records of research outputs.
The collection connects financial econometrics and distributional geometry with questions about institutions, macro-financial adjustment, climate-related information, and technological change.
Each record identifies document type, author order, source, dates, existing DOI, and available version information. Working papers and preprints are distinguished from peer-reviewed journal records. Catalogue inclusion does not constitute peer review.
The initial release links to source-hosted manuscripts. Restricted files remain restricted, and the site does not display unavailable PDF controls. Public manuscript hosting will be added only after file-level rights and publication authorization have been confirmed.
Stable catalogue addresses identify these pages. Existing Zenodo, SSRN, and journal DOIs continue to identify their respective works. No additional DOI is assigned to a catalogue record. The site does not claim an assigned DOI prefix or Crossref membership.
Contact dr@garch.ac for publication enquiries and corrections. Visit GARCH Institute for institutional information.
The initial collection comprises institution and collaborator research. Records are checked for author identity, document type, title, source date, citation, and file access. Editorial screening addresses completeness and presentation; it is distinct from scientific peer review.
Authors are responsible for accuracy, originality, attribution, and lawful use of their work. Supplied manuscripts should disclose relevant conflicts of interest, funding, and applicable ethics information. Author order and affiliations must reflect the approved manuscript.
Authors retain the rights specified for their work. Redistribution requires publication authorization and a stated licence or copyright notice. No blanket open licence is applied to manuscripts. Journal versions are linked externally unless hosting is permitted. Source access may change; a DOI is not a guarantee of free full-text access.
Metadata corrections should carry a dated change entry. New manuscript versions require a distinct revision date and change note; public versions must not be silently overwritten. Correction, withdrawal, or file-removal notices should normally retain the stable record address and explain the change.
Send requests with the record address or DOI to dr@garch.ac.
The current release is a catalogue of source-hosted works. Public files added later will carry version and checksum information. Source and metadata are exported for maintenance and recovery. No certified-preservation or permanent third-party-archiving claim is made.
This release has no visitor accounts, comments, public submission forms, analytics scripts, or advertising trackers. Hosting infrastructure may process ordinary access logs. Email enquiries are used to handle the correspondence.
Public submissions are not open in this release. No payment is collected through the site. Changes to submissions, review arrangements, or charges will be described before taking effect.
Effective 27 October 2026.
The initial collection is maintained for GARCH Institute and collaborating researchers by invitation or direct editorial correspondence. Public submissions and author accounts are not open in this release.
Materials are checked for completeness, identity, rights, and citation consistency. A stable record is prepared, files and links are verified, and release information is recorded. This process does not itself constitute peer review.
Provide existing identifiers before requesting a new record. The same object and version must not receive a duplicate DOI. Journal-publication relationships and manuscript versions are recorded separately.
Contact dr@garch.ac with the title and a brief description of the material. Do not send confidential third-party data without an agreed handling arrangement.
